We examine your diet history and lifestyle, and look at your body composition measurements and goals during an in-depth consultation process. When combined, this helps us put the perfect body transformation plan in place that is unique to you.

We track multiple progress metrics, which mean we can make adjustments to the plan along the way when needed to ensure you achieve the best results possible over a 12-week period.

Body composition analysis to quantify your results

At the clinic we have monthly My Zone challenges to keep you motivated and training with while connecting and challenging each other and have fun pushing your fitness limits.
