What to expect:

  • Train in groups of 2-3 people

  • 4-6 weekly InBody scan inc. Muscle Mass and Body Fat analysis

  • Personalised nutritional plan, advice & support

  • Free access to all our small group classes ( currently facilitated via Zoom)

  • Accountability - weekly - Bi weekly checkins to make sure you are staying on track.

  • Access to personalised programme through an app for when on the move / not able to attend the clinic. 

  • Access to our online lab - full of articles, videos on training/nutrition/lifestyle*

  • Access to our platinum members FB page

We want to maintain a comfortable, efficient and supportive environment for like minded people. In order to make sure you are a good fit for the membership and we can work with you to get you where you want to be, please fill the application form and we will follow this up by a phone consultation to go through everything with you personally.
