Is Semi-private Personal Training right for me?
Semi-private PT is suitable for most people, certain people may benefit from one-to-one personal training over group exercise when they require greater attention from the coach, due to specific injury, personality or rehabilitation programme. Your initial assessment with the head coach is a 121 session which will determine if Semi Private PT is currently suitable for you and it will give us all the information we need around your mechanics and movement patterns to plan a clear path for your training journey.
TMC’s Semi Private Personal Training is based on an 8 week periodised programme ensuring that the body is challenge in-order to adapt and also get a chance to recover from heavier period of lifting reducing the risk of injury. No matter your starting ability your workout will be tailored specifically to your needs.
