The Movement Clinics' classes are more like a group Personal Training session. Sessions are small (up to 6 people) so that the coaches can focus heavily on technique, correction and making sure each participant gets the most out of each class. Founder of The Movement Clinic, Lee Irvine expertly creates each class and all facilitators have been trained and supervised by him to ensure a high quality, attention to detail session for each participant. The classes are designed to be high calorie-burning workouts using a combo of cardio drills kettlebells, TRX, slam balls and much more to get you moving and toned. These classes are a great way of elevating your heart rate, increasing your strength, destroying body fat, as well as getting the most out of your time in the gym.
