Lee and Baanu
are the founders of  Pursuit of welLBeing and co directors at The Movement Clinic. They decided to join their knowledge and skills in their respective fields to bridge the gap between body and mind. They are passionate about helping people to improve their performance both physically and mentally. 

Lee Irvine

BSc (Hons) Sports Science, NSCA certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Sport & Remedial Massage Therapist, Crossfit coach. 

Lee has been in the fitness and sport rehabilitation industry for over 20 years and has conducted over 20,000 personal training sessions and worked with clients from many different walks of life. 

Lee's  vision is that anyone who walks through the door will learn how to move better, built on their strengths and become more aware of their weaknesses and learn how to address those. 

Lee is also a very experienced sports therapist and belives that it's vital to educate clients on how to maintain their body during a training program to keep injury free and increase flexibility. 


Baanu Baghbani-Irvine

MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, PG Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Systemic Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and coaching. 

Baanu has been working with adults, adolescents and children individually and as part of a family for more than 15 years.

She has extensive experience working with attachment and family relationships and in the treatment of many mental and emotional disturbances including anxiety, depression, anger management, addiction, OCD, phobias and many others.

Baanu also has special interest in the links between nutrition, emotional and behavioural wellbeing and the effects of this on physical health.


 At the Movement Clinic we focus on all aspects of our clients wellbeing. Within the clinic there is a big emphasis on educating our clients on the best ways to achieve their goals in a sustainable way. 


Marcella Wakeham

Marcella Wakeham is a senior yoga teacher certified by the Yoga Alliance, specializing in experiential anatomy and the physiology of movement, with fifteen years of experience teaching Pilates as well as a degree in dance. She has developed her own clear insight in how to teach Pilates and Yoga from a deep introspective and experiential knowledge. Her style of teaching is an embodied practice of observing the body as a process in order to find a strong, resilient, articulated and connected body-mind.


Mounir Ghailan                



Mounir is a passionate, highly energetic and experienced trainer inspiring clients to lead healthy and active lifestyles. Dedicated and motivated with a strong client focus gained from delivering a number of one-to-one, group personal training sessions and high intensity fitness classes outdoors and in the gym over the last 4 years.

Dazette Zwiegelaar


Dalzette grew up in a house where health and fitness was paramount as her parents have always been very keen sports enthusiasts So becoming a personal trainer was inevitable. 'I always knew I wanted to help people reach their health and fitness goals, no matter how big or small they may be', she says. she is a fully certified Personal Trainer, Pilates instructor and Clinical Massage Therapist.  Dalzette has worked with a variety of different people over the years and it is through these experiences that she feels she is able to offer you a health and fitness journey you will want to continue on.
